6 Ways to Rest In The Lord

6-Ways-to-Rest-in-the-Lord

Embrace a Season of Rest and Restoration

When we look at the news and consider all that is going on right now in our world, it’s easy to get overwhelmed – scared even.

With all the wickedness and evil breaking out, it’s obvious that the devil is making his ‘BIG Push’. And this, of course, means we are going to have to push back! Yes indeed!

But…

Before we begin pushing back. Before we enter the fray. Before we can resist the enemy and make Him flee – we need the Lord’s strength and not our own.

And the best way to acquire His strength is to rest in Him. The Lord said: “The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still.” ~ Exodus 14:14

We are in a season of preparation for what lies ahead. These times will not be easy. Therefore, we all need to rest in the Lord and wait upon Him at this time to be refreshed and reinvigorated.

So, how do we do that exactly? Tune in to find out!

Memorable Quotes:

There is a time to take massive action, and a time to rest from taking massive action.” ~ S. Richard

“The devil is very clever. He can push you to overwork yourself to death – even in ministry.” ~ S. Richard

“When the rapture occurs, 95% of ministries will keep on going without missing a beat.”

But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” ~ Isaiah 40:31

“As entrepreneurs, we often frantically flap our wings like sparrows through our own strength, rather than mount up on wings like eagles through His strength.” ~ S. Richard

“In our culture, we are more akin to human doings than to human beings. Sometimes we need to stop doing and re-learn to be still, and know that He is God.” ~ S. Richard

“Your success matters to God because how you are seen or perceived reflects on how He is seen or perceived.” ~ S. Richard
